01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the JLJ99 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and any other content or services made available through jlj99.com (the "Platform"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on JLJ99, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games on JLJ99, you must create a player account by completing the registration process at /register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date at all times.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. JLJ99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or winnings.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• JLJ99 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents before processing any withdrawal. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• JLJ99 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, bank, or e-wallet service.

05 Gameplay Rules

Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

General gameplay conditions applicable to all JLJ99 games include:

06 Bonuses & Promotions

JLJ99 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JLJ99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or providing false age information.
• Creating or operating more than one player account.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the JLJ99 platform, its games, or its security systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the JLJ99 platform — including but not limited to the JLJ99 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of JLJ99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the JLJ99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any JLJ99 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on JLJ99 content.
• Use any JLJ99 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JLJ99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the JLJ99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content displayed on the platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

JLJ99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The JLJ99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JLJ99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11 Responsible Gaming

JLJ99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

JLJ99 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available directly through your account settings:

12 Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• Any pending bets or active game sessions will be settled according to the applicable game rules.
• Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required identity verification and provided no funds are subject to forfeiture under these Terms.
• Bonus balances and associated winnings are non-refundable upon account closure due to a Terms violation.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting JLJ99 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

JLJ99 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the JLJ99 platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

JLJ99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JLJ99 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the JLJ99 platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
